윤효상 교수의 우주선원형개발연구실(Spacecraft Prototyping Laboratory)은 근미래 우주비행체 기술을 연구·개발한다. 자유공간 레이저 통신(lasercom), 모듈형 별추적기(star tracker), 위성 궤도 유도·항법·제어(GNC)를 3대 핵심 분야로 삼고 있다.
