KAIST 조천식모빌리티대학원 금동석 교수의 VDC(Vehicular System Design and Control) 연구실(AXE Lab, Automotive Intelligence X Electrification)로, 자율주행·인공지능·전동화 기술을 통합해 미래 모빌리티 혁신을 연구한다. 자율주행차의 경로 계획·예측·의사결정·인지 핵심 기술과 친환경 모빌리티, 전기·하이브리드 차량, 최적제어, 차량 동역학 제어를 다룬다.
