About

김형진 교수의 나노광전자반도체연구실은 연세대 신소재공학부 소속으로, 2차원 반도체·저차원 발광재료·이종접합 구조를 연구한다. 표면/계면 제어로 전하 이동과 광응답 특성을 조절해 고성능 트랜지스터, 발광소자, 뉴로모픽 메모리·광시냅스 등 차세대 AI 하드웨어와 에너지 변환 소자에 응용한다.
