김형탁 교수 연구실(반도체 소자 신뢰성 연구실)은 홍익대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, 반도체 소자 신뢰성, 극한환경용 반도체, 전력반도체, 반도체 센서를 연구한다. 김형탁 교수는 서울대 전기공학 학사, 미국 Cornell University 전기·컴퓨터공학 박사 학위를 받았으며 삼성전자 반도체연구소에서 근무한 뒤 2007년 홍익대에 부임했다.
