차호영 교수 연구실(차세대 반도체 연구실)은 홍익대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, GaN 기반 전력·고주파 소자와 극한환경용 소자, 반도체 신뢰성 분석·평가를 연구한다. 차호영 교수는 서울대 전기공학 학사·석사, 미국 Cornell University 박사 학위를 받았으며 미국 GE 글로벌연구소를 거쳐 2007년 홍익대에 부임했다.
