김종선 교수 연구실(ICS Lab, 집적회로 및 시스템 연구실)은 홍익대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, SoC·메모리·디스플레이용 초고속·저전력 아날로그/혼성신호(Analog and Mixed-Signal) 회로 설계와 DRAM·FLASH 메모리 설계, 초저전력 딥러닝·뉴로모픽 반도체 IC 설계를 연구한다. 김종선 교수는 한양대 학사, POSTECH 석사, UCLA 박사 학위를 받았으며 삼성전자 메모리사업부에서 책임연구원으로 근무했다.
