KAIST 경영대학 기술경영학부 엄지용(Jiyong Eom) 부교수가 이끄는 CEPS Lab(Climate and Energy Policy & Strategy Research Group)이다. 에너지·환경 경제학 및 경영, 그린 정보시스템과 에너지 인포매틱스, ICT 기반 전력 수요반응(demand-side management), 전력시장 모델링, 기후정책 통합평가모형(IAM) 등을 연구한다.
