About

유기화학, 생물화학, 분석화학 분야를 연구한다. DNA 손상 및 복구 시스템을 연구하고 DNA 복구 메커니즘을 규명하기 위한 화학적 도구를 개발한다. 미토콘드리아 DNA의 염기 절제 복구 과정을 형광 이미징으로 추적하고, mRNA 치료제의 효능을 향상시키는 생화학적 도구를 개발한다.
