정하영 교수 연구실(전산 구조해석 및 설계 연구실, Computational Structural Mechanics and Design Lab, CSMD)은 UNIST 기계공학과 소속으로, 고정밀 구조해석과 설계 최적화 기반 설계 기법을 연구한다. 유한요소법 등 수치해석과 위상 최적화, 공학 지식을 신경망에 결합한 과학적 기계학습(SciML), 적층제조·반도체 패키징을 위한 멀티스케일·멀티피직스 해석을 다룬다.
