소개

신흥주 교수 연구실(마이크로/나노 집적 시스템 연구실, Micro/Nano Integrated Systems Lab)은 UNIST 기계공학과 소속으로, 마이크로/나노 가공과 나노기술·생명공학·전기화학을 융합하는 학제간 연구를 수행한다. C-MEMS 기술 기반 탄소 나노구조를 제작하여 가스·습도·중금속 환경 센서, 비효소 글루코스 센서, FET 기반 웨어러블 바이오센서를 개발한다.
