게놈 규모 대사 모델(GEM)과 계산 워크플로를 개발해 시스템 대사공학과 시스템 헬스케어 연구를 수행합니다. 환자 맞춤형 대사 모델을 구축해 암 등 질환의 대사 변화를 예측하고, 미생물 세포 공장 설계에도 활용합니다.
