소개
게놈 규모의 시스템 생물학 분석으로 미생물의 전사 조절 네트워크를 해석하고, 이를 바탕으로 유용 화합물을 생산하는 미생물 세포 공장을 설계합니다. 단백질 디자인과 대사공학을 결합해 미생물의 생산성을 합리적으로 개량하는 연구를 수행합니다.
