이정익 교수

KAIST 원자력및양자공학과 교수로, 원자력 발전 및 추진 연구실(NPNP Lab)을 이끌고 있다. 소형모듈원자로(SMR), 초임계 CO2 동력변환 사이클, 우주·해양용 원자력 추진 등 차세대 원자력 발전 시스템을 연구한다. 재생에너지와 원자력을 결합한 에너지 저장 시스템과 AI 기반 원전 자율운전·안전성 해석도 주요 주제이다.
