이승철 교수의 iAI Lab(Industrial Artificial Intelligence Laboratory)은 KAIST 기계공학과 소속으로, 기계공학에 기반한 인공지능 기술을 제조·로보틱스·소재·의료 분야에 적용한다. 물리지식기반 AI(Physics-informed AI, Scientific ML), 공학용 거대언어모델(LLM), 임베디드/물리 AI를 핵심 주제로 한다.
