김영진 교수의 KAIST 기계공학과 UPM3 Lab. 펨토초 펄스 레이저로 적외선부터 극자외선(EUV)에 이르는 초정밀 광원을 연구하고 고정밀 광계측, 나노/마이크로 가공, 정밀 분광·시간/주파수 표준에 응용한다.
