소개

KAIST 물리학과 양찬호 교수의 CHARM 연구실(Complex Heterostructures & Advanced Researches on Multiferroics)로, 다기능성 산화물 박막의 합성과 물성 평가를 연구한다. 강유전체 및 다강체(multiferroics), 자성체 물리, 산화물 박막을 핵심 주제로 하며 격자 결함전자공학 연구센터(Center for Lattice Defectronics)에 소속되어 있다. 강유전체 나노구조의 위상 결함 제어 등 다양한 기능성 박막 연구를 수행한다.
