노준용 교수

KAIST 문화기술대학원 노준용 교수가 이끄는 Visual Media Lab(VML)은 디지털 영상 콘텐츠 제작 기술을 연구한다. 캐릭터 모션·표정 애니메이션, 영화 시각특수효과(VFX), 영상 콘텐츠 생성·편집, VR/AR 몰입형 콘텐츠 제작 등 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기반 기술과 소프트웨어 응용을 개발한다. 노준용 교수는 2001년 SIGGRAPH에서 'Expression Cloning'을 발표했고 2002~2006년 Rhythm and Hues Studios에서 그래픽스 과학자로 근무했다.
