윤석구 교수 연구실(Nano Energy Thermofluid, 나노에너지 열유체 연구실)은 고려대 기계공학부 소속으로, 나노 기반 에너지 변환과 열유체 기술을 연구한다. 압전·마찰전기 나노발전기 개발, 슈퍼커패시터 및 리튬이온전지 성능 향상, 의료시설 내 에어로졸 유동 분석 및 확산 억제, 태양에너지 기반 열전달·에너지 기술 등을 다룬다.
