이창훈 교수 연구실(Biointerface Structure and Skin Lab)은 DGIST 뉴바이올로지전공 소속으로, 세포골격·막 단백질의 구조-기능 관계와 구조 기반 생체분자·약물 설계, 피부 약물전달 시스템을 연구한다. 표피의 주요 구조 단백질인 케라틴을 중심으로 수포성 표피박리증·건선 등 피부질환의 구조적 병인을 규명한다.
