이종찬 교수 연구실(Lab of Single-molecule Biophysics and Advanced Bioimaging)은 DGIST 뉴바이올로지전공 소속으로, 단일분자 생물물리학과 초해상도 현미경을 이용한 세포 동역학과 이미징을 연구한다. 액-액 상분리(LLPS)와 생체분자 응축체, RNA 상호작용·단백질 유비퀴틴화를 smFRET·SiMPull 등 단일분자 기법으로 분석하며 배경 잡음 없는 STED 이미징 기술을 개발했다.
