우혜련 교수 연구실(Plant Molecular Communication Lab)은 DGIST 뉴바이올로지전공 소속으로, 식물의 잎 노화(leaf senescence)를 분자 수준에서 연구한다. 노화 과정에서 거대분자가 질서 있게 분해되고 영양분이 재분배되는 기전을 다루며, 작물 수확량과 수확 후 저장성 향상에 응용한다.
