김유리 교수 연구실(YK Laboratory)은 DGIST 뉴바이올로지전공 소속으로, 분자 후성유전학(Molecular Epigenetics)을 단일분자 생물물리학 기법으로 연구한다. 세포주기 동안 유전체가 조직화·유지되는 분자 기전과, 유전체 무결성 조절 단백질의 결함이 질환으로 이어지는 과정을 TIRF 현미경 등 단일분자 분석으로 규명한다.
