김인희 교수는 KAIST 조천식모빌리티대학원 부교수로, 녹색성장지속가능대학원(GGGS)에 겸직 참여하고 있다. TUPA(Transport and Urban Planning Arena) 연구실을 이끌며 교통 계획·운영, 디지털 트윈, 교통 시뮬레이션, 메타버스 기반 모빌리티 연구를 수행한다. 지속가능한 교통 시스템과 교통 네트워크 복원, 탄소중립(Zero Carbon) 교통을 주요 주제로 다루며, 딥러닝 기반 수요 예측·신호 운영·대중교통 계획 등으로 도시·교통 문제 해결을 지향한다.
