KAIST 심리인공지능 연구실(Psychological AI Lab)을 이끌며 심리학과 인공지능의 상호작용을 연구한다. 인공지능 모형으로 인간 행동과 개인차를 설명하고, 인간 인지(특히 주의 기제)를 반영해 AI 알고리즘을 개선하는 계산 인지 모델링을 수행한다.
