소프트웨어 및 시스템 보안 연구실(S3Lab)은 악성코드 분석·탐지, 침입탐지/방지, 블록체인 보안 등 정보보안 솔루션을 개발한다. Adversarial Learning, 이상탐지, 프라이버시 보호 딥러닝 등 인공지능 보안과 핀테크·스마트팩토리·의료 분야 응용 소프트웨어를 연구하며 프라이버시 친화적 데이터 생성·분산 분리학습을 다룬다.
