정지혜 교수 연구실(신경생리학 연구실)은 건국대 생명과학과 소속으로, 감정과 스트레스 같은 사회·환경적 사건이 행동을 조절하는 방식을 세포·시냅스·신경회로 수준에서 연구한다. 전기생리학·약리학·분자생물학·광유전학 기법을 활용하며, 최근에는 우울증을 감정 조절 이상으로 보고 기분장애의 시냅스적 기반을 규명하는 데 집중한다.
