한문섭 교수 연구실은 서울시립대 물리학과 소속 나노구조응용연구실(Nanostructure Application Lab)로, 응집물질의 전자구조와 나노구조 소재·소자를 연구한다. 실리콘 양자점, 산화아연-주석 박막 등 나노소재를 다루며, 최근에는 장영준 교수팀과 함께 2차원 반도체 기반 차세대 뉴로모픽 컴퓨팅 소자 구현에 유망한 소재·구조를 개발했다.
