이호석 교수 연구실(식물 면역&유전체학 연구실)은 경희대 생명과학과 소속으로, 식물의 선천 면역과 병원체 인식 기전을 연구한다. 식물이 세균 편모(flagellin)를 인식하는 수용체 복합체 형성부터 하위 신호전달 및 전사적 재프로그래밍에 이르는 면역 반응 메커니즘을 다룬다.
