김광우 교수 연구실(유전체학 연구실)은 경희대 생명과학과 소속으로, 흔한 복합 자가면역질환 및 약물반응과 연관된 유전체 변이를 연구한다. 차세대 염기서열분석 등으로 얻은 유전체·전사체·후성유전체·메타게놈 데이터를 활용하여 질병 위험 변이 규명, 면역질환 위험·약물반응 예측 모델 구축 등을 수행한다.
