김권일 교수 연구실(시스템생물정보학 연구실)은 경희대 생명과학과 소속으로, 시스템생물학과 생물정보학 기법으로 복합 생명현상을 분석한다. 암 면역치료 반응 예측, 복합 생체분자 간 상호작용 예측, 표적 항암치료 내성 기전 규명, 복합질환 발병 기전 규명, 다양한 질병에 걸친 약물 재창출 플랫폼 구축 등을 연구한다.
