유신(Shin Yoo) 교수는 KAIST 전산학부 정교수로 COINSE(Computational Intelligence for Software Engineering) 연구실을 이끈다. 탐색 기반 소프트웨어 공학, 소프트웨어 테스팅, 자동 디버깅(결함 위치 추정)과 자동 프로그램 수정, 그리고 LLM을 활용한 SE4AI/AI4SE를 연구한다. 변이 기반 결함 위치 추정 연구로 IEEE TCSE Most Influential Paper Award(ICST 2024)를 수상했다.
