KAIST 전산학부 김주호(Juho Kim) 교수가 이끄는 KAIST Interaction Lab(KIXLAB)으로, 사람들이 온라인에서 배우고 협력하고 토론하고 의사결정하는 방식을 개선하는 대규모 상호작용 시스템을 연구한다. 최근에는 LLM·생성형 AI와의 인간-AI 상호작용(Interaction-Centric AI), 즉 투명하고 제어 가능하며 협력적인 AI 시스템 설계에 집중한다. CHI 등 최상위 HCI 학회에서 다수의 수상 논문을 발표한다.
