About

이가영(Kayoung Lee) 교수는 KAIST 전기및전자공학부 소속으로 저차원 전자시스템 연구실(LESL, Low-dimensional Electron Systems Lab)을 이끈다. 전기전자공학·재료과학·물리학의 경계에서 신흥 저차원 물질과 이종접합 구조의 기본 전자 물성을 연구한다. 정밀 전송 측정 기법으로 나노스케일 양자 영역의 전자 거동을 규명하고 고성능 나노소자 응용을 개발한다.
