Thomas Heine 교수 연구실(이론화학 연구실, Theoretical Chemistry Lab)은 연세대 화학과 겸직(joint appointment) 교수 연구실로, 계산·이론화학을 통해 2차원 소재와 금속-유기 골격체(MOF)·공유결합 유기 골격체(COF)를 연구한다. 2D 결정과 위상 소재, 수소 생산·저장 및 수소 동위원소 분리용 소재를 이론적으로 설계하며, Heine 교수는 TU Dresden 이론화학 석좌교수를 겸한다.
