김봉수 교수 연구실은 촉매 없이 기판 위에 금·은·팔라듐 등 단결정(single-crystalline) 금속 나노선을 에피택셜 성장시키는 기술을 개발한다. 초탄성·무결점 단결정 나노선과 이를 활용한 표면증강라만산란(SERS) 센서, 신경전극, 광학 안테나 등 나노소재의 합성과 응용을 연구한다.
