데이터 기반 고체역학 연구실(Data-driven Solid Mechanics Laboratory)은 고체역학 문제의 계산 시뮬레이션 및 최적화를 연구하며, 복잡한 시스템에서 데이터를 실행 가능한 결정으로 변환하는 데 중점을 둔다. 구조 최적화, 실시간 시뮬레이션, 차원 축소 모델링, 불확실성 정량화 등을 데이터 기반 방법론과 물리 기반 모델을 결합해 해결하며, 자동차·항공우주, 극한 센서, 지속가능·개인화 설계 자동화에 응용한다.
