에너지-나노 통합 설계 및 생산 연구실은 차세대 에너지 변환·저장 소자의 구동 메커니즘을 이해하고 원자층 레벨 계면 공정 기술로 성능 한계를 극복하는 방안을 연구한다. 차세대 원자층 공정을 위한 장비·모듈·공정의 기계 기반 핵심 기술을 직접 개발하며, 고체산화물 연료전지·수전해전지 등 친환경 전기화학 디바이스, 고성능 전기화학 촉매, 초박막 전자 소자 등에 응용한다.
