소개

김태근 교수 연구실(ASL, Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory)은 고려대 전기전자공학부 소속으로, 반도체 및 디스플레이 소자를 연구한다. 메모리·TFT, 디스플레이·에너지 소자, 마이크로/심자외선 LED, 유기 LED·태양전지, 페로브스카이트 LED, PRAM·ReRAM, 뉴로모픽 소자 등을 다룬다.
