Device-to-System Integration Laboratory를 이끄는 조교수로, 반도체 소자와 집적회로·패키징을 연구한다. 3D IC 및 첨단 패키징, 1D/2D 로직 소자와 DTCO, DRAM용 산화물 반도체 수직채널 트랜지스터, 2.5D/3D 및 RF·양자 패키징, 칩렛(Chiplet) 시스템 아키텍처를 다룬다.
