전력 전자(Power Electronics) 및 전력 무결성(Power Integrity)을 연구하며 Integrated Power(IP) Lab을 이끈다. CPU용 수직 적층 전압 레귤레이터, 다상 집적 평면 결합 인덕터, 완전 집적 전압 레귤레이터를 위한 동축 자성 집적 인덕터 등 차세대 응용을 위한 집적 전력 회로 연구를 수행한다.
