신소재공학부 정보소재공학전공 반도체 재료·소자 연구실(Semiconductor Materials and Devices Lab)을 이끈다. 반도체 나노구조를 기반으로 한 소자를 연구하며, 고해상도 VR/AR/XR 응용을 위한 반도체 나노-레이저 구조체와 반도체 양자현상을 연구한다.
