소개

Micro & Nano Technology Lab(MNTL)은 MEMS/NEMS 기술을 기반으로 연구한다. 첨단 물리·화학 센서, 바이오메디컬 디바이스 및 통합 시스템, 기능성 나노소재 합성, 차세대 에너지 하베스팅·저장 기술을 다루며, MEMS와 인공지능을 결합해 환경을 학습하고 실시간 적응하는 지능형 디바이스를 개발한다.
