소개

부산대학교 기계공학부 교수로 품질공학 및 고장예측 연구실(QEFP Lab)을 운영한다. 공학적 위험 분석, 결함 근본 원인 분석, 구조 열화 모델링·시뮬레이션, 베이지안 네트워크 응용, 비파괴검사 신뢰성 정량화, 대기 부식 모니터링·예측, 검사·정비 최적화 등을 연구한다.
