차세대 컴퓨팅 시스템 연구실의 김정근 교수는 차세대 메모리 아키텍처와 프로세싱 인 메모리(PIM) 시스템을 연구한다. CPU·GPGPU·NPU 등 이기종 프로세서 환경에서의 데이터 관리 및 메모리 구조 설계, 단말 기기에서의 기계학습 가속을 다룬다.
