정권범 교수의 첨단고체물성연구실(APEL, Advanced Physics on Electromaterial Laboratory)은 동국대 물리학과 소속으로, 디스플레이 소자와 초고이동도 소자를 연구한다. 외부 환경 변화를 감지·반응하는 지능형 소재를 저차원 나노 구조로 합성·설계하고, 반도체 공정과 물성 분석을 토대로 지능형 센서·광전자소자·에너지 소자를 연구한다.
