류석영 교수

류석영(Sukyoung Ryu) 교수는 KAIST 전산학부 교수로 프로그래밍 언어 연구 그룹(PLRG, Programming Language Research Group)을 이끈다. 고급 타입 시스템, 인증 컴파일러, 자동·확장 가능한 프로그램 분석, 실용적 디버깅·테스팅 도구를 통해 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 연구를 한다. JavaScript·WebAssembly 분석 및 C-to-Rust 변환 등에서 활발한 성과를 내고 있으며 2025년 PLDI에서 기조강연을 했다.
