소개

KAIST 전기및전자공학부 홍성철(Songcheol Hong) 교수의 Wave Embedded Integrated Systems Lab(WEIS)이다. RFIC·MMIC, 밀리미터파 5G·레이더 IC, 센서·무선전력전송 등 고주파 집적회로 설계를 중심으로 차세대 RF 송수신기와 단일칩 센서 시스템을 연구한다.
