소개

KAIST 전기및전자공학부 최신현(Shinhyun Choi) 교수가 이끄는 ENTIS(Emerging Nanoelectronic Technology and Integrated Systems) 연구실이다. 저항변화소자(멤리스터) 기반의 차세대 메모리·컴퓨팅 소자를 개발하고, 이를 엣지 컴퓨팅·뉴로모픽 컴퓨팅 등 집적 시스템에 응용하는 연구를 수행한다. 기존 3단자 트랜지스터 기반 메모리 소자의 새로운 동작 메커니즘 개발도 다룬다.
