조동호 교수

조동호 교수는 KAIST 전기및전자공학부 교수로 이동통신 네트워크, 프로토콜·서비스 분야를 연구한다. 도로에 매설한 급전선의 자기장을 차량 하부 집전장치로 받아 전력으로 변환하는 무선충전 전기차(OLEV, 온라인 전기차) 기술을 세계 최초로 개발한 것으로 유명하며, 이 기술은 2010년 Time지 '올해의 50대 발명', 2013년 세계경제포럼(WEF) '10대 유망기술'에 선정되었다.
