KAIST 전기및전자공학부 정명수(Myoungsoo Jung) 교수의 컴퓨터 구조 및 메모리 시스템 연구실(Computer Architecture and Memory Systems Laboratory, CAMEL)이다. 컴퓨터 아키텍처와 운영체제를 중심으로 플래시 스토리지·SSD, 비휘발성 메모리, CXL(Compute Express Link) 기반 메모리 분리(disaggregation), 인스토리지 프로세싱, AI 인프라 최적화 등을 연구한다.
